Easter 2023 is a very special celebration for the British royals, as it is taking place for the first time without Queen Elizabeth († 96), who died in 2022. Nevertheless, the royal family will stick to their tradition: on Easter Sunday everyone goes to the Easter service in St. George's Chapel.

This Easter will be a mixed bag of emotions for British royals

The royals are planning something special, according to the 'Sun'. During the funeral service in St. George's Chapel there will be a service for both the Queen and Prince Philip. King Charles III's family will then spend the holidays at Windsor Castle, according to royal experts.
