Princess Charlotte's new title?
According to information from the Daily Mail, Charles had recently considered giving the title to his granddaughter. The daughter of Prince William and Duchess Kate would have followed in the footsteps of Queen Elizabeth, who was also Duchess of Edinburgh before her coronation.
With this decision, Charlotte can only receive the title after the passing of Edward and Sophie. Charles had discussed with Philip and the Queen during their lifetime that Edward should receive his father's title of duke when Charles is crowned one day. The palace said this years ago...
