Duchess Meghan's estranged father has taken to the media again since the news of royal exit for Meghan and Harry broke earlier this month. During an interview for a new TMZ special titled Harry & Meghan: The Royal's In Crisis which is scheduled to air today on FOX, Thomas says he thinks his daughter is "mothering" Harry.

Thomas Markle: "I think that Harry is a very insecure man" 

Thomas Markle is a 75-year-old retired Hollywood lighting director and said in the interview, "I think that Harry is a very insecure man and I think that's being shifted on to my daughter," according to the Daily Mail

"I think she winds up mothering him," he continued. Meghan and Harry are currently living in Canada with Archie and despite the very public feud that has been going on between Meghan and her father, he truly did wish her the best in the special.

 

"I wish them the very best"

"I hope that they stay together and love each other and take care of their child, my grandson. Even if I never see them again I wish them the very best. I still love them. I hope that some day we do get back together but I'm 75 so there isn't a lot of time," he expressed

The hour long special is supposed to include interviews with more than a dozen people who have connections to Meghan and Harry. Harry & Meghan: The Royal's In Crisis airs Wednesday January 29 (8-9p. ET/PT) on FOX.
