Ariana Grande is the latest music superstar who's been tapped to join The Voice! On Tuesday, Grande took to social media to share that she'll be a coach in season 21 of the hit reality show, joining the likes of Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Blake Shelton on the panel.

Grande says she's "beyond thrilled" to join The Voice

Grande surprised fans with her announcement, which came as she tweeted a photo of herself on the set of The Voice! In the promotional pic, the "positions" singer has her brunette hair down while wearing a stylish leopard print outfit as she poses by one of the coaches' chairs. 

"surprise !!! i am beyond thrilled, honored, excited to be joining @kellyclarkson @johnlegend @blakeshelton next season ~ season 21 of @nbcthevoice!" Grande wrote on Twitter. She also gave a shoutout to current Voice coach Nick Jonas, who will be leaving the show after season 20. "@nickjonas we will miss you," she said.

Grande congratulated by two of The Voice's coaches 

Grande received congratulations and encouraging words from Jonas shortly after making her announcement. "Congrats @ArianaGrande! You’re going to kill it next season!" Jonas tweeted in response. "Welcome to the family". He also included a sunglasses emoji.

The "Spaceman" singer wasn't the only coach to reach out to Grande congratulating her on her new role! Legend also showed support for the pop star joining the reality show. "So excited to welcome Ariana to our Voice family!!" he wrote on Twitter. We can't wait to see what Grande brings to the show when season 21 debuts later this year!
