• Prince Harry recently reunited with the queen
  • Harry opened up about the visit in an interview
  • The royal shares he wanted to check on her

In the British royal family, the signs seem to point to reunion this spring as Prince Harry and his wife Duchess Meghan paid a visit to the United Kingdom. They are said to have primarily visited the queen before their trip to the Netherlands, but also talked to Prince Charles.

Now, during an interview with Hoda Kotb at the Invictus Games, Harry revealed how the meeting with his grandmother went. "Being with her, it was great. It was just so nice to see her, she's on great form," Harry shared.

Prince Harry wants to ensure the queen is "protected"

Of course, it would be in Prince Harry's interest to check for himself that Queen Elizabeth II is okay, even though he now lives in the US. He clearly shows that the well-being of his grandmother is very important to him. "I'm making sure that she's you know, protected and got the right people around her," Harry said. Even before that, Harry was unusually talkative when it came to the monarch.

He explained to the BBC at the Invictus Games that he had already delivered messages from the queen to the event's participants. "So it was great to see her. I'm sure she would love to be here if she could," Harry said. It's possible that Harry could soon see his family again in London— perhaps Queen Elizabeth II herself persuaded her grandson last week to return?

Also interesting:

Various British media outlets are unanimously reporting that Harry and Meghan could be part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June. Not only that, they are even said to possibly make a comeback on the famous balcony of Buckingham Palace. Multiple sources say they are also attending other events, including the thanksgiving service at St Paul's Cathedral.

Royal fans are certainly already looking forward to the legendary pictures that could show the royal family in full again. And who knows, maybe the public will also be able to take a look at Prince Harry's children Archie and Lilibet on the special occasion!
