- The Royal family's real full names
- Most have four but some only three
- How many do you recall?
When it comes to Royal names, you need to remember two important things: First, most Royals have four names; and second, most names have a historical significance.
Popular names
After a monarch, at some point in history, makes a name for himself as a great King, conqueror, fierce fighter, great ruler, and many more titles, his name is usually remembered for a long time.
Queen Elizabeth is a great example. There have only been two Queen Elizabeths in the past, and the first did not inspire other monarchs to be renamed after her (Queen Elizabeth II was named after her mother) but after Elizabeth II had the longest reign and was respected by her people, it became a popular name around modern royals.
