Carole Baskin's Dancing With The Stars big debut ended with a plea from her missing first husband's family, begging for answers from the public and from Carole who greatly hindered the investigation. Will the Tiger King star fess up to new details or sweep this under the rug too?

Carole Baskin's DWTS Debut Interrupted By Plea From Missing Husband's Family

Tiger King raised many scary issues about the mysterious 1997 disappearance of Carole Baskin's first husband Don Lewis and Carole's alleged involvement. He went missing immediately after Don began preparations to divorce Carole and was building his life, securing his assets, vast fortune, and zoo when he suddenly disappeared. Carole had him declared dead as soon as she could and left his daughters very little while threatening them and actively hindered the investigation into his disappearance.

Carole claims that Tiger King was simply a smear campaign against her and the accusations were unfounded and has joined Dancing With The Stars to repair her reputation and bring awareness to the big cats in captivity. Unfortunately for Carole, her big debut on the dance competition ended with a commercial funded by Don Lewis' family!

The commercial was secured to be during DWTS airtime and featured Don's three daughters Gale, Lynda, and Donna, their family attorney John M. Phillips, and his former assistant Anne McQueen who first reported him missing when Carole refused to. His eldest daughter Gale pleaded with the DWTS viewers: "We need to know what happened to our father."

"Don Lewis mysteriously disappeared in 1997. His family deserves answers, they deserve justice. Do you know who did this or if Carole Baskin was involved?" Phillips implored viewers. The family revealed they had a $100, 000 reward for information and left a phone number for their tip line.

Carole has yet to acknowledge the plea and has told Entertainment Tonight's Lauren Zima that she hopes the negativity about her will be "dissipating" and that more focus will be on the endangered big cats in captivity. She hoped "as more and more of that information gets out there, there's less and less negativity."

The investigation into Don Lewis' disappearance has been reopened so we will have to wait and see if any new information comes forward to help solve the mystery and bring closure to Don's heartbroken family. Here is their commercial:
